OB/GYN Physician | $475K Base | 4-Day Workweek | Macomb, Illinois
Join an established full-scope OB/GYN practice in Macomb, Illinois, offering a balanced mix of obstetrics, gynecology, surgery, and in-office procedures within a close-knit community. Recently awarded HRSA Rural MOMS Grant and actively growing and expanding services.
Position Highlights
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, routine and complex gynecology, and in-office procedures
- Newly renovated women's center opened in 2020
- Strong CNM support with first call covered by a CNM 10 days per month
- MFM-trained sonographer in clinic with MFM physicians reading all second and third trimester ultrasounds
- Established MFM relationships and perinatal network partnerships for higher-level transfers
- Cerner EMR with remote fetal monitoring access from home
Schedule
- 4-day workweek with two dedicated OR block mornings
- Clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 20-28 clinic visits per day
- Required call of 7-10 days per month with a 30-minute response time
- Additional call days compensated at $2,000-$2,500 per day
Facility & Clinical Support
- 3 state-of-the-art LDR suites, 7 private postpartum suites, and dedicated triage and procedure room
- Level II Nursery with pediatric and neonatal coverage
- Anesthesiology available on-call 24/7
- On-site surgical team with 20-minute response for emergent cases
Compensation & Benefits
- $475,000 base salary
- $100,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- Comfortable with full-scope obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical cases
- Interest in practicing in and contributing to a close-knit community
